This entry has been updated with information from James Cascio (see below)
Litre of Milk 200 gm CO2 (used in making 350 grammes of cheese)
Cling Film 27 gm CO2 (6.96 Co2e per tonne plastic film at 5g)
Total 0.23 kg CO2
