   0.20 kg Co2e

   This Fishergate Environmental Panel estimated the Carbon Footprint of 1kg of potatoes from Lincolnshire as 0.20 kg

   Road freight 0.03 kg (147 gm per tonne km * 200 km /1000 = 29.4 gm Co2e)
   Agricultural 0.10 kg (guessed)
   Cling film wrapping  0.07 Kg (8 gm plastic film at 6.96 tonnes CO2e per tonne)

This updates previous estimates for the agricultural impact to 0.24 kg CO2e

The total figure is now 0.34kg CO2e
